Delivery Timeframe:

We endeavor to prepare and package orders within 48 hours of placement. If you select Royal Mail 24, delivery should take 1-2 days. For Royal Mail 48, expect delivery within 3-5 days. Please be aware that these timeframes are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. International delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.

 

Changes to Orders/Addresses:

Due to our rapid processing time, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. Please ensure all information is accurate at the time of ordering.

 

Return Policy:

For returns, kindly reach out to us directly. Please note that nasal sprays and oral drops are non-returnable items. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Upon receipt, all returned parcels will undergo inspection to ensure they remain unopened and unused. Following this inspection, a refund will be processed, minus the initial delivery costs.
